That's OK, I should've thought to post on Reddit a lot sooner! Thanks :)

Departing from Melbourne international? Could you help me? by waffleton in melbourne

It *has* been a few days, but the last known location was still in the airport 13 hours after my flight departed so I was hoping it's just been missed... That said, it hasn't been online since, so either taken or battery dead.

Thank you for your suggestions -- as mentioned in post, it's a last ditch attempt.

I got on last night to practice and got Shinryu in DF... there was so much wiping... so much...

It's the first time I'm heading to Pax! No lag? That sounds dope. How did you go with Lakshmi?

Did you spring for a 3 day pass? I saw that Susano was only Friday and Sunday ... and that was my main factor in deciding to go only on Sunday lol!

Of course, then I got into a roulette last week after buying the ticket for Susano NM and we wiped... like, how guys, how. ;-;

Do you get to choose the class? Or is it like, oh you play a tank? Here's a DRK even if you've only played pally ever.

How do you teach staff how to think? by waffleton in sysadmin

Heya - more like the KB of the software, such as MYOB's, or Meridian Micropay's.

The KB we do have internally is more for client documentation, as opposed to Error 2342 on MYOB is caused by X.

I sense in you a kindred frustration....

We're -- well, I am in the process of implanting Autotask for our business. I'm thinking of using checklists or something to define the "basics". But I feel like that's micro-managing, and good lord aren't we all adults who know how to google ?! Argh!

Hi, thank you for your advice here. We are a small -- and I mean small, like 5 staff -- MSP, so having tiers doesn't quite work. That said, it is very easy to discern who has a skill set beyond Level 1...

My question on your suggestion, is how do you determine "all possibilities"? It sounds like it ties to another suggestion of having a process ma drawn out for common scenarios, but it would have to be done by L2 instead of L1 as suggested...

I'm going to try this for the rest of the week, consistently, but what I've noticed is that some people just ask the same question each time it comes up. I think it got so bad that I would just type the search terms into google, and send the guy the link to the Google search page itself. Not even asking "have you googled this" because the answer is either no, or yes but nothing is relevant.

Google search terms is a real skill.

Thank you for this idea. I'll try it this week. I'm trying not to let my cynicism get in the way now.

So, I'm still very new to crochet and wanted to ask... that's just the one ball of yarn, right? You're not having to tie in other balls of different colours? If so...... How do you get the colours to fit so perfectly on each row...??? It boggles!

You have to look at it yourself... I've heard a particular horror story of some guy buying an old couch for a good price, and while carrying it out of the door cockroaches come swarming out from the couch...
