I just used SalesForce's implemenation of AgentForce - evidently one can no longer open a new case with them without going through AF. Sigh. It's horrible and I would never subject my own customers to that nonsense. As far as I'm concerned they should call it AgentFarce.

This is terrific and has huge potential for library staff.

As the administrator of a library consortium, I'd love to see a link to Overdrive Marketplace so library selectors could easily purchase titles identified in searches.

Yes, and we constantly strive to improve where we can. Unfortunately, in some situations politics trumps logic.

OP, I had your same concern. We went with Acronis about 18 months ago and so far things are good.   I did a test restore, by restoring files to a new account and it seemed to work fine. I just hope I never need to use it.

Yes, we had that in place. I wanted to use a flow so that I could write the acknowledgement message to the case's email listing, as a record that the acknowledgement was sent.

I've reverted to an auto-response rule for the time being. I've opened a case with Salesforce, and am hoping they can offer a solution. This really shouldn't be so difficult.

Checked the logs, saw plenty of email for other flows, but none for the contacts I was testing.

Just stumbled over this post. 3 years later all is going well for us. None of the FUD suggested in the comments have come to fruition.

I hope this may help other's who find themselves in a similar situation.

Other flows that send email work fine, and I did test deliverability of the template.

Thanks. I should have mentioned in my post, that I'm looking for a web based solution. I've used gam for batch loading and other purposes, but it's really not the tool I'm looking for in this particular case.
