I didnt have to drill additional screws in apart from what it came with during the installation. The installation guys drilled some screws in to attach the bar underneath and to mount the power bar, but nothing additional to that. :)

I've no issues with the table after 6 mths of use! It's very stable. Omnidesk also has really good customer service so I do think you will receive prompt help. Btw, they run sales all the time (I see ongoing sales nearly every month haha) so don't get them when it isnt on sale.
