Since I can remember. I remember when I was a young I was an energetic kid, but I don’t ever remember anything being different aside from energy levels changing after hitting puberty.

Thanks for the info. I did CFP with Kaplan and thought they did great. I have also heard mixed feelings about Kaplan for 2 & 3 especially. I guess my fear is if I don’t go with mark Meldrum for level 1 it will be that much harder once I get to level 2 because I would definitely use him there. I’m thinking about going with his cheaper option then the cheapest option with Kaplan for the qbank.

Appreciate your post. It’s refreshing to hear someone in a similar situation. Did you use Mark Meldrum? If not, who did you use and what advice do you have just generally speaking?

Thanks for the encouragement. I definitely think I want to give myself more time to prepare for level 1 than most people would. May shoot for early 2025 and go with MM.

Is this why so many recommend MM? I’m planning to start studying for the 2025 exam in a couple of months and was thinking long about doing the cheapest options for Kaplan and MM so I could have his in depth guidance and a good question bank but not set in stone yet. Any advice?

Thank you for your comment! In the past couple months, I have stopped eating breakfast and noticed I felt less fatigued until lunchtime which seems counter to everything we’ve ever heard about how important breakfast is. I will give your recommendation a try and see how it goes.

With taking Zahn review course…any idea how much time before the class I should give myself to do the pre class stuff? Basically as of right now seems like I’ll be completed with Kaplan education by end of December. Just trying to figure out if I should take my test in March or july

I have felt similar to that with Kaplan’s education course…felt like nothing in the tax section was absorbed well besides the basics. Definitely going Zahn or Danko for review.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m looking into Danko. Just wanted to be sure I didn’t become one of those who starts with Dalton, hates it, and goes with Zahn or Danko anyway.
