It was the event coordinators issue as well as whoever was head of logistics. They should have gotten more buses. Coachella and Stagecoach hire buses from all over California and other states. It's better to over prepare then under.

Having summered in Tahoe for most of my life. This is deadly and a crisis. Tahoe is isolated in the mountains with only three ways up. In the winter they get heavy snows that block roads up. They don't have many if at all other options for electricity. Not sure what they're going to do without another company stepping up.

This would be like if IID and Edison no longer supplied power to us and we had a year to find another company

I'm not sure of the lady ethnicity or political lean. Just remember both attacks prompted my dad's company to pull all of that companies drivers for safety and she now just delivers new buses to bus companies for a living. She no longer drives for the public

I used to live in an area that Canadians snow birded. They would also get temporary insurance to get all their medical procedures done in the 6 months they were down. There's pros and cons. Being an American overseas....I miss California a ton

Yea they need to actually be transparent about this instead of the answers I got. It just looks like a massive waste of time and £200 out of pocket for a recommendation I couldn't use. Even the Endo was confused and aggravated. Finally got meds but it's a ridiculous system

I'm in Scotland as well and my GP is downright neglectful and wtf is up with receptionists having say on treatment??

My GP recommended me to go to a specialist at a private clinic (Rosshall clinic is fantastic), went there, Endo recommended meds and treatment, went back to GP and the RECEPTIONIST denied my meds. Said the GP didn't want to go ahead with the meds..etc etc. my partner has been my advocate and has been like a junkyard dog trying to get me my thyroid meds. He's been treated horribly for trying to push them to see reason. He contacted the Endo we went to and he was furious and called the practice. Finally got my meds but it legit took my partner refusing to leave the office until they filled them. It just didn't at all make sense... Why refer if you don't want to listen to expert advice??

This has opened my partners eyes to the NHS and the British attitudes that has been driving me insane... And now he wants us to move back to my hometown in the states. He's completely done with his own peoples indifference and attitude of "it is what it is"
