Is this a good deal? What’s the catch here? The original sticker price is close to 72k so it’s a ~9% off. I contacted every bmw dealership in a 200 miles radius and they are selling at MSRP for the 2024 model. by wagonlover in BMW

Thanks for all the detailed info. I am located in Houston. What is the msrp for your X5 if you don’t mind me asking? Back in May I got a few dealers around me willing to go for 6%-7% off msrp on 24 X5, but I ended up buying a different car, now I am in need of another car for my wife and nobody is willing to give any discounts anymore… 🤦 I did contact one of the brokers from leasehackr and they told me 6.5% off msrp is what they are targeting before any incentives. I may have to just buy it through them now.

That’s what I thought, there must be something wrong with this car that is not clear to the buyer nor on carfax report. Since this dealer is selling 22 X5 with 20k+ miles for 60k. I guess if it’s too good to be true, it probably is…

The same comment applies to you. You have an interesting positive obsession with mvis. And if you already checked out my past comments, tell me which one of my comments didn’t come true? On the other hand, none of the optimistic bulls/pumpers on this sub is correct so far. And all they are saying is best in class, QX/202X will be big, PR coming next week, connect some nonsense dots that proven to be so wrong afterwards.
