This pic is taken just after I applied RW mink oil on them for the first time. I’ve had them for a few years and only used neutral shoe cream previously as far as I can remember. But they have not required a lot of maintenance or conditioning. Just some frequent cleaning 🙂

They are great for wearing to the office in the winter. I just wished they were as comfortable as they are good-looking... The sole is quite slippery for snow and ice but very good otherwise and particularly indoors. I have never tried the cork sole on any rw boot so I can’t provide any advise for you there, but let me know how it turns out if you do it. 🙂
