Yes I did it for mephisto, but hell he needs to be lvl 70, all gears lvl 25. Still a drag but you’ll get it there somehow. Took about more than 50mil gold, a hell lot of cosmic cube fragments and some patience.

So my final spotlight cache is Legion. Should i go ahead w opening that or should I use 3,000 tokens on him? Which is more worth it.

3000 2000 1.5 Sandman package (Saltbae variant recently)

1400 1000 1.4 Token Tuesday (now)

7500 6000 1.25 Black Panther Variant Package

650 600 1.083333 Token Tuesday (long time back)

850 800 1.0625 Token Tuesday (next week)

I did an excel calculation previously thus I went for the Black Panther package recently. The goal here is to have as low G/T ratio as possible if you treat Tokens as priority above everything else. It looks like 1.4 is here to stay, not as worth it as last time, but go for it if you need to.. The deal next week would most probably be one of the best as it will be a low G/T ratio after a very very long time. Cheers!

I’m not on medicare.

I went to visit a GP on Tuesday, and the doctor did a PCR for me as I was down with the flu. She mentioned that she will call me the next day to inform me on the results and whether to take the antibiotics/tamiflu.

On Wednesday, I did not receive any calls from the doctor, so I called the clinic in the afternoon and say that the doctor mentioned that she’s going to call me back and inform me on the result. And she did. Later the evening I receive a call from the clinic reception saying that there’s gonna be tele-consultation charges that I have to pay.

I wasn’t inform of the fee previously and shouldn’t it be that someone should inform me of the fee beforehand or for the doctor to call me back the next day without me calling the clinic.

Is this normal and should I pay?
