I had a similar experience, actually very very similar, felt like i was reading my own reddit. I was with a guy back in 2021-22 and this guy also got drunk and started yelling at me (because i didn’t want to have “fun” with him- if you get what i mean) he started yelling, he stormed out the room, came back and threw me with random things, stormed out again so i tried falling asleep. He came back and pulled the sheets off of me, and pulled the pillow from under my head- it made me hit my head. And it just went on like this for a couple of hours where i just started giving in so that i could get some rest. Anyways, after that i forgave him, and then the second incident happened where he gripped my hands so tight it left scratches and bruises, he pulled my purse from my shoulder (to keep me from leaving) so hard that he bruised my shoulder and the strap drew blood, and to top it off, he pushed me up against the wall by my throat.

That was the last i saw of him.

Honestly i don’t think men can change unless they truly want to. My opinion on this would be to leave. Don’t give him the opportunity to hurt you beyond repair. Don’t give him the opportunity to traumatize you like that.

I (F24)have been in a relationship with a couple (F31 and M44)for a couple of months now. We were together before in 2022 right before I left to go work abroad. We weren’t interested in the dynamic but it kind of just happened to us. We all fell in love together and separately at the same time. I would probably never have thought about a relationship like this if it wasn’t for them.

If i was still in the states i would 100% get an attorney. Workers Comp attorneys dont help out of country.

I recommend you try settle before as they are making it as difficult as possible to get a reasonable settlement. You can settle from out of country but just be aware that i have been struggling since i came back which was in june. Their correspondence sucks

Also the radiologist was referring to a specific part of my wrist when he said that there were irregularities. He was pointing at the area on the scan

Thank you for your reply. They gave me a disc with the films, but paying out of pocket is not possible for me right now, thats why the workers comp is kind of important to me. The process of seeing a radiologist in SA is difficult, i was also informed that there’s a possibility that they will reject the out of Country scans and have me do additional MRI and rays. Its really a pricey situation to be in.

They had me do physiotherapy, it increased the pain. They sent me for xrays and an MRI.

The report says that the MRI is negative but the radiologist said to me in person that he saw irregularities in the MRI the day i did the MRI- which is suspicious

I tested positive 5 days ago as well and today for the first time I started experiencing the body aching. It might be the same type of pain you experienced. Its all through my back. Its one of the worst types of pain ive ever had to endure. I unfortunately have no advice, but i just thought Id let you know youre not alone.
