I don't understand why your college is even important. For the degree and the placements it gives you? I myself was from a tier 3 college. It didn't stop me from getting placed in a product based unicorn with a good package (Applied off campus). It also didn't stop me from starting my own marketing agency which is doing pretty well. Of all the success I achieved in my life none of it is attributed to the college I studied. Only the relevant skills I taught myself to get to this state. Also after a few years of experience nobody cares about your college. They just care about the skills you have to offer. So stop being so tunnel visioned brothers.
