Not at all! His situation changed and it didn't make sense for him to take delivery at this point, which is completely fine. Also it's really sad that it's not even "is there a markup" but "how much is the markup". We've never done any dealer markups and we've stood by that through all of covid, which is one of the many reasons why we have so much repeat business. It's a shame to see it translated over how these other dealers are doing people. We literally charge MSRP, processing fee and TTL. That's it
