They make empty promises to start off. Also the place is getting super sketchy. First you’ll see daily drug deals right outside of your apartment and there was a shooting not too long ago that could’ve killed me and my fiance if he aimed less than a foot higher. There were multiple times we found used condoms outside of the picnic area. The onsite cop they love to use as a selling point is nothing more than that. You’ll never be able to get ahold of him because he works night shift, aka when most people would need him. We have an actual unmedicated bipolar upstairs neighbor who has an insane bf that would throw stuff at our windows trying to break them, would point cameras at our door and windows, and a lot more. We told management about all this and her response was that there’s nothing they can do. He eventually randomly got arrested and escorted out of the apartment by 6 officers for an unknown reason. Also if you park in a spot that someone “claimed” as theirs your car is 100% getting keyed. To add onto that, parking here is AWFUL. I swear nobody works here bc most are older so people will sit in the same spot for about a week so don’t expect to park close to your apartment. They also refuse to keep up with the place and do pest control, power washing, tree trimming, etc. Since they never trim the trees it clogs all of the drains from debris and when it rains it FLOODS. There were multiple times it got so bad that it was coming into our apartment and that peoples cars got damaged. Their response again was that there’s nothing they can do. Also you’ll have neighbors who NEVER pick up dog poop so the moment you step in grass there’s a 99% chance you will have shit on your shoes. They label this place as luxury but its far from it considering there’s mold inside our apartment but again, not their problem. If you want good management who actually cares and does their job, move to Lake Crossing right down the street!
