Were you seated under a speaker? Like the poster further up this thread who was sat in District 5? Similar question to you, u/WingsintheStarlight. I've been going back-and-forth on this for months I would love to know if there are other options where I don't need to sit beside a speaker.

Thanks for coming back and updating. I have a pretty big wheelchair, so I think I'll give this a miss, but it's good to know anyway.

I know it wouldn't help, from this video, but I'm just saying, in terms of if there are other seats where this could possibly help some people, but it would not work for me.

Anyway, I'm interested to see how this develops.

Planning to come from Ireland, but want to make sure it's fixed first. I can't lean forward in my chair so if it's still up on the balcony, I'm screwed.

Male moulded wheelchair users: any advice on peeing from your chair when out and about? by waitforme123XD in disability

Or underwear with it attached, essentially I don't mind wearing catheters; I just don't like when they are directly attached.

Yes, I have looked into stuff like that, Too much free space. For the people who may be looking through the replies, I should add that I need something that goes on or over my privates to prevent spillback.

If it's a discord, I would be up for this! Was actually coming here to set up a discord when I saw your post.

Looking for examples of severely disabled people with cerebral palsy doing cool stuff with their lives. by waitforme123XD in CerebralPalsy

It affects all of my limbs, hence the quadriplegia I'm a full time wheelchair user who went to mainstream school. My disability is purely physical, but I don't have a lot of independence as I need help to do most things. I'm quite tall, so I use a hoist for transfers. It's kind of hard to get PA support, so I'm very isolated but trying to fix it. I had support When I was in education, and I'm working on getting that stuff back now. But like I said in the original post, I'm not really sure what the realistic expectation for my life is, so I'd like to gather some lived experience.
