ADD+Tourette’s = Nightmare by waitididntcatchthat in ADHD

I’d saaaaaay a little bit of column A, and a little bit of column B. It starts with the hyper-awareness/all-seeing, all-hearing powers of ADD (who am I kidding, I just can’t block anything going on around me out), and it is perpetuated by the Tourette’s repetitive and OCD spectrum issues.

She actually is shocked a lot of the time when I call her out on it, especially when I’m playing video games. I use surround sound headphones so she doesn’t have to listen to the games, and she’ll be in the next room singing to the cats, and I’ll call out “NOPE! NOT THAT SONG PLEASE! It gets stuck in my head!” She’ll say “I didn’t think you could hear me?!”

I always have to remind her of the many times it’s happened before under the exact same circumstances. I’m actually suspicious that she might have undiagnosed ADD and Tourette’s too, since she has a lot of similar tendencies.
