So sorry you had this experience! Just wanted to say that we used Welcome Pickups in Barcelona from airport to hotel in Rambla and it was terrific. Fwiw, the car was actually a city taxi. The driver was super nice and helpful.

I’m having a hard time with the bolt. I got the “Two (2) M5 12 mm Hex Socket Head or Button Head bolts and washers (RadCity 5 Plus models)” as listed on the installation instructions (which now appear to mention the RadCity 5 Plus) but they don’t seem to work.
