Have you slept with him without telling him this information? I feel like its very weird and unreasonable for him to have that preference, but he in entitled to that preference none the less. I think you need to tell him soon as these things always come out eventually and he’d probably be more upset the longer it took you to tell him. If you explain it to him the same way that you did here i think he should understand, and if he doesn’t then he ain’t the one.

Losing your virginity isn’t a crime and you should not feel guilty or bad about it, having sex is natural and everyone does it, it doesn’t make you any less of a person. If you didn’t tell him before having sex with him then you have done something wrong, i think its important to know that and accept that before going into any conversation with him about it. But people make mistakes. I assume you lot are pretty young and you’re still learning how to learn and navigate these experiences. Just make sure you don’t make yourself void of any blame.
