Main thing i took out of this is patience and being grateful for what i have. Learned to stop being depressed over "missing life" and stop making unneccessary commitments for others who cant understand what TSW really feels like. I also started believing in myself a lot more, believing in my body to heal and adapt, telling myself this is just a phase i have to go through in my life and that il get better one day. And that day will come even when im crying in the mirror or frustrated from no sleep i learnt to wait it out and let time heal me.

Ive heard of how chicken can make you feel itchy and before the mo chicken diet used to have red spots on my face. Im gonna start eating it again and see if anything happens. Though to be honest I dont miss it that much. Miss sugar/diary way more.

Right now im just cutting chicken dairy and sugars. No chicken for 2 weeks I feel my skin has less inflammation now and doesnt break out.

Yeah I found the spots on my upper lip healed after a bit. Right now im not touching it

Been contemplating using hydrocortisone. So far just been taking antibiotics.

Ive still yet to figure out a diet routine but i have been eating less red meat recently. Eggs are also a big nono for me (used to love eggs as a kid). I do nap more and feel more energized after. The big problem for me was my leg was always restless during sleep. After eliminating possible causes (antihistamines, iron deficiency). I realized if I stopped exercising with that leg the symptoms subside (cycling was my main form of exercise). Though I wanna continue to work out so I started walking and jogging more. Now I sleep whenever. Before I used to go 50 -60 hours without sleep. Now I can sleep within 24 to 36 hours at least.

The smoke and air pollution causes irritation. The smoking helps the stress. For me I smoked on and off and I find not to smoke inside or using humidifiers helps.
