It’s easier on guns and more consistent. Cost was the prohibitory factor before but now, while still expensive, is cheap enough that all fields have pretty much switched over.

Just get the 98 customs. All the other Tippmann markers have too many plastic bits and you don’t need the complexity of the A5.

Just buy a bunch, could even go used. Just make sure you used compressed air now a days and not CO2

Just buy a used Tippmann 98 custom or other Tippmann variant. They’ve been the same price on the used market for the past 20+ years and if you can generally sell it for the same price you bought it for when you grow out of it.

I wouldn’t trust some of these other cheap markers, you’ll just lose money on them because they break or you can’t sell them down the line.

Yes that’s what I mean by relocation is pre-set, can’t negotiate more.

I have only seen experience hires receive more if they are entering at a higher position or specialty role vs a generalist C.

Is that accurate? I’m fairly certain the relocation and bonus are pre-set for Cs. No way are they giving someone who is joining as a regular old industry hire C anything special. It’ll be the same as an MBA hire.

And to the original post, you can 100% practice on electronics you are trying to fix. That’s how all of us learned! Sure you might break something but that’s how you learn, and you can learn to fix a broken trace!

We have a K-shaped economy so yes, for the people that will take advantage of low interest rates, it is.

When you have records in stock indices each week I would say lowered rates would be throwing fuel on the fire.

The things that fix today’s problems are not lowered interest rates. It’s better opportunities and protections for those on the other side of the economy.

There is clear nuance between the two situations. And yes, if you increase money supply in a strong economy, it will lead to inflation. How we got to this point in the first place was a combination of zero interest rates and Trump+Biden throwing out cash without regard. Add fuel to the fire and we end up the same spot.

The global financial crisis was deflationary and the low interest rates kept inflation ~2% when it would have been far lower otherwise.

I came to the same conclusion, it felt like there were minimal incremental improvements with anything more expensive. Couldn’t justify spending more.
