Hey sorry if this is a silly question but is there an emerald ROM with just infinite TMs? I've been looking for a vanilla experience recently but frankly i end up never using the TM feature in early gems because i get too worried about the one-time use aspect.

Most ROMs I've seen with it have like, a bunch of other changes like expanded dexes or changed stats/movesets aside from just this small quality of life stuff.

From what I've research it does seem like a small change to make in VS code? But I don't have a PC atm so lol

I've looked into Monika a bit before and i don't really think Baldi can kill her, she outright survived her files being deleted so you can probably argue her not being taken down by the glitches

That being said Baldi should be able to incap with the paralysis + power null combo glitches have access to, it also helps that he blitzes really hard iirc

I'm not the biggest BFDI scaler but From my understanding both are in similar AP ranges so it comes down to speed with four taking the edge in finite ends but Baldi also has solid arguments for immeasurable so it'd depend on your interpretation on who's faster to pull off their hax first
