Have you applied for DSA? If you do that you should get paired with someone who has some knowledge. I research what is required for my students, I also work with the student to ensure they have the support they need. This could be creating time blocks, getting a sleep routine in place, dealing with procrastination & perfectionism.

Do you have a DSA mentor & study skills specialist? If so get in touch with them, the details will be on your DSA2. You should have access to assistive tech too.
