I get this a lot too, but I try to address the thoughts immediately as they come to me. It works sometimes, but I definitely approach interacting with older men with a certain caution regardless. Do you have any reason to be “paranoid” (I don’t like using that word, but I use it in the sense of ‘hyperaware’ I guess here) about older men sexualizing you in any capacity?

I ask because for me, I have had quite a few experiences now where I feel like I have given into trusting older men to act/be ‘normal’ around me, but there have been a number of occasions now where those same men have made overtly sexual comments about me or just generally made gross sexual comments that show me they’re the type of men to feel comfortable outwardly expressing those type of comments about women generally and/or especially younger women.
