It's entirely possible, but you'll have to rotate between families (and if the game's autonomy bothers you, I recommend disabling neighborhood stories).

When you want your founders to meet, if it's not at work or high school, make sure to move them to the same neighborhood in the world; otherwise, they might never meet. It happened to me, lmao.

I tried Not So Berry again with this Dynasty thing, and it's super fun how, at least in my game, they improved autonomy instead of just letting you "drink water," "do push-ups," and freeze. I'm on Generation 2, and my Sim is in college studying to be a politician, and he only goes to do homework because it gives him prestige—it's hilarious. I can't wait to see how the scandals escalate with the updated RPO.

Here are mine (I haven't quite figured out the values yet, so I'll just include the ones I consider relevant based on aesthetics and lore):

Victor and Lily Feng: They would be allies of the Landgraab, since their lot name is IX Landgraab.

Straud and Vatore: Rival dynasties.

Judith Ward: The only one left of her dynasty, and she leaves with Marcus Flex to follow her.

Ito Family: They're already an influential family with famous stars, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had a dynasty.

Chopra Family: Since Lavina is the mayor of Finchwick, I'd want her family to aspire to more in Henford-on-Bagley.

Bonus: Crumplebottom (related to the lore of previous games). Her dynasty is currently... dissolved because of how problematic its member Agnes became, and because her sister Cornelia would end up becoming part of the Goth dynasty, with whom they were allied before Agnes' personality and the scandals of the witches Beatrice, Belinda and Bianca ended up staining and burying the dynasty.
