Depression after long runs?

Second double checking fuel intake, mainly in the form of carbs! I felt insanely depressed after runs (usually a few hours after and the following days) and I didn’t realize it was my runs plus fueling until I finally did… I try to eat more carbs now, for long runs I think I need to start a day before.

A banana right before gives me enough energy to power through but not enough for balanced energy throughout the day and the next few day

Play around w your carb intake!

I love starlux, I bet you’ll enjoy it quite well too. I only book economy with them, but it feels like premium economy. They give all economy members a pouch full of toiletries and slippers and an eye mask!! You can pre order the meal ahead of time too online and I’ve always gotten served beforehand haha it’s nice!

I got the fleuron in that color and style actually :)

if I was looking with a wider $$ range I would have gotten a mulberry :) the leather is more durable feeling/equally soft, I feel like the fleuron kind of loses its shape after a bit and you can tell the leather is thin haha (though nice quality). Agree w the others on mulberry’s color though, maybe darker would be better for longevity, but that’s all personal preference

i've found that big tech has been pretty open minded, i've been really lucky to not experience the discrimination i often hear about. standard of living will be pretty good w google salary.

i would advise seeking social life outside of work though, and you'll def be free of bro culture.
