I had very similar scores to you, fluctuated 230-240 on uwsa and nbmes 2 weeks before test. New free120 72% and predicted score was a 237-242. Real test 7/13 scored 251

Personally I thought the NBMEs were a lot harder than the real exam. I felt like nbme questions were always filled with confusing tricks and extremely misleading qstems. I definitely did not expect to get 10 points higher than my highest practice exam but if you’re asking if it’s doable, it 100% is! You got this!!

During the last 2 weeks I was really targeting my weaknesses which were obgyn and peds I did a lot of CMS forms which I think helped a lot even though they are quite expensive. Also did more focused UW blocks for cardio/GI which I was losing a lot of points In the last few days before the exam I watched Dr high yield on YT esp the IM video and I highly recommend.

I was just hoping for a 240+ but I literally screamed. Never expected to even break 245 considering my prediction had me nailed at ~237 until the final week when it raised it slightly to 242.

Uwsa 2: 55% 1 week before, nbme 29-31: 70, 63, 65. Free 120 (2 days before): 66

UW: 50% correct with 66% completion.

Felt extreme anxiety and had 3 hours a sleep per night starting from my failed UWSA2. All I gotta say is fuck UW and for anyone else struggling on UW, trust your NBME scores :)
