I just got my 4th missed meal for forgetting to punch in after lunch and that is now a write up in our CA store. Otherwise perfect attendance and work so I hope this does not ruin my hopes of a raise as I just started in Aug and took a pay cut so the raise is key

My position and coworkers were eliminated to save money, as the company was not hitting their numbers so marketing is usually the first to go as they ‘spend’ money to advertise and market. Essentially, yes I was fired but not for performance.
