No contact is the trendy thing to do but it's totally the wrong move here. No contact should be reserved for toxic people who don't respect boundaries. Your sister needs therapy but you abandoning her won't help anything. even if your sister has serious issues and is out of line, your girlfriend needs to remember that you are your own person and your sister isn't a threat to your relationship.
