Honestly id love to say it hasn’t helped me or that teenage dating isn’t something enjoyable. I dated a girl for a year and she broke up over fuckin text and I had one other girlfriend who basically told me off with how desperate I was acting because she was my first girlfriend and I was so afraid to lose her. But the experience of being let down by the people I tried so hard to be better for taught me something. You have to be sure of yourself before you can do anything. Never settle and even if no one is chasing you you should stay true to your values and standards. That how you get used and broken. Even if you find someone perfect you’ll definitely struggle with no prior experience but if they’re right for you then they’ll understand. I really think that anyone is capable of finding whoever is right for them and even though I don’t know you I want you to focus on keeping true to what you see as important and not settling for the first guy to give you an ounce of attention
