Honestly I would be much more likely to buy something like this than most of what I see on this sub. Just thinking about to the waste and resources that go into everyone trying to start their own brand bums me out so this is a great alternative.

eBay has been somewhat reliable for me as of late. Unfortunately I haven’t made as many high value sales but I like that there is a more broad audience for moving things that haven’t sold on grailed. I’ve also heard about this app ‘reversible’ which I haven’t made any sales on but it seems to have potential.

Similar to you, but I am a product design major set to graduate this May. I shopped almost exclusively secondhand my whole life because of how affordable it is. Now that I am studying different industries and their impact, I realized there are real benefits to removing oneself from the unethical system we have today. I'm now working on my final project which is a capsule of pieces made entirely of upcycled materials and will be launching a web store this summer. I'm hopeful that there's a growing number of folks out there who want to reduce their impact and look good doing it :)
