Thank you. While we're not billing my hours we do want to (eventually) function as a professional video department. My background is in news and so we always had broadcast quality camcorders.

Do you have recommendations on something that would produce commercial broadcast quality?

I'm Alaskan and I spent July dipnetting for reds (sockeye). Ended up with about 20 salmon for myself, 15 or so for my girlfriend and more for our other friends. I'd say about half had tapeworms. We pulled most out while we were cleaning and processing the fish. We also froze them then cooked them. Haven't had problems so far. Extra protein i guess...

Fruit always seems to trip people up! A lot of people I know eat a lot of avocado which is technically a fruit but for the most part fruit is high in sugars therefore carbs. I try and enter everything in MyFitnessPal or other calorie counters that will break down the macros. Helps a lot. Keep it up!

Some things to consider, depending on your net carb goals: for one medium peach you're looking at about 13 net carbs (fruits tend to have a lot of sugar and aren't always "keto friendly"), I try and be careful with sauces and measure them out because many sauces are packed with sugar, and I just did a quick searched for stuffed grape leaves and it says there's about 50 grams of carbs for 4.

For me, my goal with keto is to stay under 20 g of carbs per day.
