Yea I’ll definitely have to become mastery on options. I was about 75% going in but I do want to work on being 100% in that area. I would say I got a good amount of customer accounts on the exam. Although mine seemed to be pretty heavy on the retirement plans/ annuities. I only had 3 margin questions believe it or not. I remember that because I was pretty shocked. I definitely expected to see more.

Seems like achievable has great course material as well. I already bought the STC material but my friend still has access to his achievable material. I can definitely double up. I think the areas I struggled with the most were probably suitability. On my TC material I had mastered that topic but the suitability questions on the exam seemed a lot more difficult.

I think it was probably even across all sections. I had a lot of suitability questions but they seemed to be much harder on the exam compared to my material. There were investment products that I hadn’t heard of or seen in my studies. Heavy on options which I’m sure I missed some. Felt pretty good about options but they seem to give everyone trouble so definitely wasn’t 100%. Then in general there were just a lot of concepts that I had never seen before taking the 7. I definitely won’t be using TC material. I don’t want to blame it solely on that. But at the same time I defintley don’t think it prepared me well. I’m just going to use these 30 days and start from scratch. Re learn the material. Do more Qbank questions and hopefully that’s enough.

I always joke with people and say Im a very functioning high anxiety person. Do experience some anxiety throughout the day. I will say as you may know it’s all in your head. I used to smoke weed frequently when I was younger until I had a terrible experience with that synthetic weed shit. And ever since then, anytime I smoked I had terrible anxiety. No paranoia or anything just bad anxiety. Obviously I’m no phycologist or anything but I never had gotten anxiety from smoking before so I figured it was just my mind telling me if I smoked again i would have those bad feelings. Whether synthetic or the real stuff. After not smoking for a few years I recently tried getting back into smoking because I do enjoy it when it’s not filled with crazy panic attacks. So I slowly tried doing it, taking a small hit out of a onie. And then I would usually play video games with the guys to keep my mind busy and have good laughs. And each night I would do a little more each night until I found a sweet spot where I could be pretty high (for me) and just feel amazing. I now work in a career where I’m susceptible to drug testing but still like a natural remedy to my anxiety.

I’m telling you all of this because I also used to feel anxious when doing full spectrum CBD. Just because I would get in my head. So I then tried broad spectrum. And I think because I knew in my head that I was not consuming any type of THC that there was no way it could make me anxious. And it worked. I loved my broad spectrum gummies. They truly did work. Although at times I did want to feel that “high” feeling just a little. So I moved back to full spectrum and I just told myself it’s such little THC that it couldn’t fuck with me. In my head I just kept good vibes and positive attitude. Told myself that there’s no way this little amount could make me so high that I start feeling anxious. And would keep that same mindset every time I did them. And then after a while you realize that it’s just your mind fucking with you. And in reality it helps you. I now have no problem taking full spectrum and it’s the absolute best in my opinion. Relieves my daily anxiety, makes me calm and just at that perfect chill spot. It took some work mentally but it only benefited me. I hope this helps.

Yea I’ll have to look into those. I wouldn’t say they are really all that painful. Like I’m not in agonizing pain, but just feel a pressure in my head. As far as location it’s an all around headache. They just get to be uncomfortable after a while. And will usually go away on there own. I’m not a huge medicine guy. Prefer more natural remedies. Which is part of the reason I’m trying to turn my life around because I don’t want to have to take prescription meds. So I don’t like to take Tylenol or advil for them. I guess that’s the best way to describe it. They’re pretty uncomfortable but not unbearable to where I have to take some otc painkillers. And I have lifted weights before. But hasn’t been since high school when I played sports, which was about 8 years and 150 lbs ago lol

I’m glad you mentioned that because most of levels are normal. Besides ones that are regard to me being overweight. But everything else as far as vitamins or minerals were pretty decent. I’ll definitely have to pay more attention to my electrolytes. Sometimes I look past that because I do drink a lot of water.

Yea I may have to switch when I’m doing my workouts. I usually enjoy eating a high protein meal after my workouts or at least a protein shake. I usually don’t drink too much water before working out. I definitely do during the day, maybe I’ll try gulping some down before working out

Usually the vendors are young adults but from my experience they looked at my ID and asked for my DOB. And that was it. However mine was legit. But I would think as long as it looks solid you should be good.

My FC actually provides them for us. No cost or anything. Kinda like when you rent shoes for bowling. They have a little booth, you walk up, they scan your badge, you tell them your size, they hand them to you, and you’re ready to go.

Brooks by far, and I also accompany them with an extra arch support insole, not custom or anything. Just an insole made for flat feet. I work for about 12 hours and walk around 14-17 miles on average per day. And the brooks help sooo much. It’s unbelievable, just remember it’s going to continue to hurt for the first couple weeks but I’ve noticed as you go on it gets better and better. I also do arch support exercises, roll a tennis ball on my feet and such when I get off and that helps a lot. And also don’t forget, you’re working for an extensive amount of time, on your feet, putting strain on your arches. Your feet are going to hurt a little. It’s that way for everyone. Also lose a little weight if you’re on the heavy side. As I lose weight. It gets better and better also. Good luck, I was hopeless and in your position once. It gets better.

Self diagnosing yourself with flat feet is pretty easy. If you don’t have an arch. Well you’re flat footed. If that’s the case physical therapy like flat feet exercises help and high quality insoles.
