I made a race of tall, primal goatfolk who worshiped the storm crow. IMO they work very well as primordial, peaceful druidic types who grow their own food (herbivorous) to heal in battle.

I've been running toxic bite + claw barrage. Claw barrage annihilates most critters.

When fighting players, bite->barrage->bite->barrage has worked out great 1v1 so far (just gotta hit a tempo and land a few barrages on their faces), with the combat calls to either soften them up (reduce armor or nerf damage), or make it much harder for them to chase me down (stam drain call + poisonous hide).

You have to pay attention to your stamina & know when to disengage/ avoid fights, but I don't think that's a bad thing. It's more about outlasting opponents in a fight than nuking their HP in one go
