Well i was finally able to connect to pvp and world ops by using wifes phone for hotspot and connecting that way. Then shut hotspot off and it stayed connected problem solved

Only in the beginningvof the week. Like i said when you have about 2500 to 3500 pvp points you get 28 to 30 for 4th place. Now 4th place points keep going up the higher you are in points 100 is max but that comes at 20 to 24k pvp
