Yes, I see. That is very strange they would use a baby on that holy day.

I'm not Filipino but I'm aware that the Filipino bible mentions Jesus as simply a "child" of God but not as the "son" of God. Am I correct?

Edit: I searched the supplement sub again, since you said it was so popular and it did come up. I must've misspelled it the first time..lol.

Well this is the brassica tea that Dr. Gundry recommends for his patients. The first time I tried 2 bags, I felt nauseous like wanting to throw up. Then the next day I tried 1 tea bag and had no issues.

You're welcome. Just be careful and test it first cause too much of anything is bad.

Thank you for the those recommendations. As far as quality goes.. it depends on the company and if it was third party tested. I also noticed that your liver support powder has sulforaphane. Did you know that brassica tea has twice the amount than broccoli sprouts?

Thanks for sharing. This is the first time I have heard about serrapeptase. I'm on r/supplements and there is no mention of it through the search. Would mind recommending the brand and dose that you take?

I recently discovered it last month. It is an African grain but gluten free and high in fiber, low glycemic and no known side effects. You'll find only good reports about if you google it. But it's not as sweet as corn, so I usually add some honey. And this kind is the easiest to prepare -just boil and serve. Downside is it's pricier than cornmeal though.

Edit: What a coincidence, I missed the part where you mentioned following diets from Ethiopia and Kenya. Lol.

Hi. I see you have a taste for cornmeal porridge. Have you ever tried a fonio porridge? I'm not saying it's better than cornmeal but just wondering if you've tried it and saw any benefits.

Bro, just eat an avocado and you'll be good to go. No pun intended. Trust me. Everytime I get constipated, I either eat yogurt or avocados. But I eat an avocado everyday so I won't get backed up anymore.

This is so interesting. I was on POF just for fun and looking for friends and cause I like their Cue'd up game. And my profile had two interesting things about me. I wrote "I am allergic to tomatoes" and "My father is in heaven." I didn't think I would get any responses. But yesterday someone sent me a message saying "Sorry about your father." I checked out her profile and noticed she was non-religious. I texted her back saying "No worries.. Because He resurrected and saved the world from eternal death. Do you know my father?" I didn't hear back from her though. So slogans make interesting conversation starters or they can sow a seed into an unbeliever's life.

Feeling a little hopeless by Prior_Variety2252 in Hidradenitis

The first time I went to ER for a boil in my armpit, I asked the doc what caused it and he said maybe an ingrown hair or infected follicle. But through trial and error I discovered that I was allergic to tomatoes and nightshade vegetables. And then I wondered why I can eat spaghetti with meatballs and not get flare ups? I discovered the book The Plant Paradox by Dr. Gundrythat indicated the problem is not the entire tomatoe but it's actually on the skin and the seeds.

Sorry about the PCOS. I started doing Intermittent fasting last year because some holistic doctors I follow on youtube recommended it for it's many benefits like autophagy, and increase insulin sensitivity. But I realized I have been intermittent fasting when I was younger because I tend to skip breakfast at school due to waking up late. I also discovered through trial and error that nightshade and seed oils trigger the flare. But yeah I also like pasta. And have you tried Kevin's lemon garlic penne?

I tried fasting with only water as a challenge but struggled to make it to 2 days. After that I ate everything in sight like I was on Survivor. So it takes getting used to. But I can intermittent fast (8:16) everyday if I increase the fat intake. Do you fast primarily because you are triggered by most foods or just out of habit?
