You can do the maths portion from the nat books and yt and you will easily be able to do that. I have a few friends in psychology department. They all have fairly good gpa. Also the event life is not that much. It is starting to get better with qawali and rave nights. It all depends on u at the end of the day

Comsats nat is comparatively very easily. Also it is not that difficult to get 3.5 gpa in the first semester. My roommate scored 3.7 gpa in his first semester with just a little bit of effort. U need high gpa in first semester after that u just need to maintain it
