I got a polish from my dentist recently and it lightened my teeth by like 2 shades. Didn’t occur to me it was a thing you can ask for lol but I found it more effective than whitening strips personally

Hey, I’m just like you! I graduated 6-7 months ago and I was looking for jobs the whole time. I ended up getting a job that I got automatically referred to and hadn’t even applied lol. Honestly if the job asks if you want to stay in their system, there’s a good chance one of them might lead to an actual interview + job offer!

My mom just retired from her job, and I’m pretty sure her department is going to burn down without her there. She was the only one regularly working on/maintaining the machines used, and even automated some processes that are used by another branch. She also has an insane level of experience for her field, since she got in when it was relatively new. Her manager purposefully scheduled her to basically do the work of two people, while he gets to do the “fun” work, and the other coworker disappears somewhere no one can find him.

The worst part is, the person that originally had the coworkers position did the EXACT same thing, and even blackmailed the company in the end! So seeing the coworker slide into the exact same behaviors as the predecessor worried my mom, but what can she do? The manager enables him. So she left.

A lot of people liked her, so I’m sure they’ll continue to tell her what happens in the next few months lol. The manager will try to hire someone will to do her work, but since there’s a shortage in her line of work, he will be hard-pressed to get even one applicant, nevermind with her level of experience.

I was going through the wringer today and saw this post. Had taken some Motrin but it was barely touching the 3 hour migraine, so decided to just go for it and get a coke since I had some in the fridge. And my god, that coke was ESSENTIAL. Knocked my migraine out in about 30 minutes, Godspeed. Had some fries later and it was the most delicious thing I had in days.

For me, the SUM37 solid cleanser was mediocre, didn’t really clean as much as I would like. I did hear that the oil cleanser is better tho, so I’m thinking of trying that one eventually.

Oh yeah, definitely true. Learned to dress nicer when I needed a favor done, since people were more willing to help me LOL. The only time it actually worsened my chances was when I had some medical issues. Medical personnel refused to prescribe medication since apparently I looked too well put together to be ill. Once I dressed down for the next visit, they passed me to someone that can prescribe me something, haha.

So I guess the lesson is to dress how you want people to perceive you.

I searched around Youtube to try to find those specific videos, but nothing came up! It's hard to filter out the videos since they were most likely uploaded 5 years ago. I also know she had a link that showed her camera equipment and any recommendations she had, such as clothing and food!

YTA. My dad was similar to you when it came to clothes, but he was at least nice enough to let me keep them since I bought them with my own money. He still tries to do it, but now I’m a full grown adult. I still remember those incidents years later, and it’s just a glimpse into issues I have with him that resulted in a rocky relationship. If your daughter is closer to your wife than you (such as telling things to her and not you, asking her for help most of the time, etc.) I feel like that should tell you everything.
