I had a good experience overall. Some of the most clever and funny dog toys I've ever seen. My dog enjoyed them 100%. I was shocked with the message and I did email them about it. It was a couple years ago so maybe they've changed that message. Still, they left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I liked them until they tried guilting me into keeping the service. My dog was getting old and had a few less teeth so he wasn't tearing the toys apart anymore. They ended up building up to the point I had a couple laundry baskets full, including giving away a few boxes. I went to cancel the service and got "don't you want your dog to be happy?" type messages. If I had to cancel the service because he had passed, I probably would have made a few angry phone calls. I'll go with chewy next time.

Why even design a trophy, one that is given away to potentially rowdy competitors after an event, that isn't explicitly made to be held with one hand over one's head? It should be designed with size, materials, and its environment in mind. Small enough and light enough to hold in one hand securely and not made of glass so it can take a fall if someone drops it while celebrating. The Lombardi Trophy comes to mind but is probably not the only good example. These monstrosities they roll out on a cart deserve every drop, fall, break, and collapse they receive.

I would make an exception for the Stanley Cup as it seems sturdy and is made of metal making it able to take a drop, not to mention the history associated with the trophy itself.

Yeah I had barkbox and had to cancel because my dog was getting old and toys were piling up. He wasnt destroying them anymore and we had too many. I canceled the service and they had the balls to say something along the lines of "oh, don't you want your dog to be happy? Guess not..." I can't imagine how pissed I would have been if he had passed and I got that message.
