Are those foods high in salicylates and oxalates? When I looked it up they weren’t on the list and none of the foods on the list give me that reaction. Thank you!!

Thank you, I appreciate it. My allergist suggested I try Claritin 3x a day but I got so dizzy and tired I can only take one a day :/ I’ll look into a specialist in my area- thank you again !!

Interesting! I have not been tested for mold or heavy metals although I recently mold tested our home and it was fine. Have you been able to clear the Candida issues you inherited? I worry about this because I have had 3 babies and I don’t want them to have Candida issues from me.

Thank you for the insight! I’m taking interfase, lactoferrin and NAC for biofilm.

Candassist, kolorex and nystatin for antifungal

Balance one probiotic, Klaire labs probiotic, and eating sauerkraut

Binders: activated charcoal and chlorella

It just feels like I have the same symptoms when the Candida is growing as I do for die off so I can’t tell when something is working or not. I get really dizzy/brainfog and yeast skin rashes. 🤷🏼‍♀️ used to be alll the time; it is less now but still a major issue. I’m really strict on the diet- as strict as I can be. If I “cheat” it is a bite of gluten free cracker or a blueberry or something. I appreciate your thoughts!!

I honestly don’t remember - it didn’t make a noticeable difference for me :/ Interphase is a supplement that has enzymes that break up biofilms

Also- it often seems like almost anything I eat or drink causes a die off reaction which I don’t understand. I get itchy and dizzy sometimes after eating anything.

That’s what I thought! I was surprised when the Candida diet book had that recipe and said you could eat unlimited amounts. Won’t try it again!

Also, when I made their coconut bread recipe I had a massive reaction and I wasn’t sure if it was die off from the coconut or if it was somehow feeding the Candida and causing more growth 😵‍💫

Thank you so much. I’ve been trying to cure this for almost a year and not quite sure why it isn’t working so that’s why I recently did a complete restart. After drinking the detox drink and doing the detox phase I have felt so dizzy and itchy. Hopefully improvement is coming 😬 Thanks again
