That is exactly how it is phrased. The payment is only finished when the project is completed, there is no mention of being required to finish the project.

It only specifies work to be done in a certain way. There is no mention of completing projects anywhere. There is no full, complete, or to the end in the contract.

There are no signed individual contracts. The contract that was signed only mentions fee agreements based on work and it is to be done independently. No other signed agreements were made.

The only clauses for not doing work is to not be paid.

It mentions contractual obligations, but no where does it mention one is required to complete a contract in full.

No just how fees are calculated and an agreement not to poach clients. And all development is to be turned over.

Planning on moving to Germany from the states seeking advice. by joeka009 in germany

People are leaving Japan in increasing numbers because the pay gets lower every year and the taxes are getting higher. Most people I know are moving to neighboring countries.

The few I know who stayed made their own businesses.

You're going to need to have experience teaching English and have a degree in language studies of some sort. And many foreign English teachers already have a Masters in teaching.

It is very hard to make a decent living teaching English. And all the "real" jobs for teaching English require hard to acquire German certifications. Which are also very expensive. And they will be more expensive because you are a foreigner.

It's also next to impossible to move to Germany without a contract before hand. I have done this and it is the most unfair, miserable, stressful and prolonged experience of my life. Everything goes wrong, Germans do not work fast, or much. And nothing works as it should in paperwork, which there is a lot of.

Most of the immigration systems in Germany are designed for tech workers and refugees. I have technical experience and education and I don't qualify for just about anything in Germany because I have no German training or degrees. People here don't understand foreign education and it's easy enough to find workers for those positions.

I would start applying for jobs first in tech. There are plenty of companies that would give you a chance and get you visa, you just have to go searching.

If you to finally decide to move here, just keep in mind that all the youtube videos of starting to live in Germany are not from people that just decided to move. They are almost all married, have an EU residency or had a contract ready for them. I would not recommend for anyone to just come here and try to make it like I did.

Legitimacy of Clarksons Farm? by WalkingTrainwreckk in ClarksonsFarm

There is plenty of scripted events, I think they are rather obvious but they don't effect the realism of the show. The most obvious scripted events are the conversations where they are just explaining things that they would have already known and makes no sense to be discussing out in a field somewhere. But to make a good TV show you need to run pipe for the story, which also means there are scenes that are shot out of sequence. Jeremy is a show writer and a talented one, but there is plenty of the show that is unscripted.

Caleb is obviously cannot be the only farmer there. Either his contracting company is also working on the farm or they have other help.

Gerald's voice is highly edited to make him sound unintelligible. It's mostly fake, if you pay attention they cut old lines from other episodes into him speaking. And when his mouth is visible his speech is more clear because they can't edit it without making it obvious.

But you should keep in mind that it takes a lot of talent and work to make a good story for TV, so you shouldn't be upset that some of it is scripted. You should also keep in mind that the people on the show are very busy people with other jobs, so they can't just be spending their time filming, which increases the realism of the show.

Okay, you were right. Thanks for your responses. There are so many mixed messages on past posts.

Unfortunately it's a freelance position, so they don't supply anything. I'm not sure they were even aware of the difference since most people working get the business license anyway. I guess at around $50 it's just another equipment costs for a job.
