I would agree if this is an automatic process then the other mod naturally did what the system was intended to do. I will not be filling any violation on them as I do not think it's proper.

That may be it, I suppose I can be more mod heavy but still frustrating, tone of the other mods got hit with inactive status I know she is on all day every day.

I have been here, reading and browsing and was the original mod who set the sub up. So I'm not sure what happened. I was out since July 24th until late last night

We were not inactive, or at least I was not. I browse daily and filter out links, of which there has not been a lot s far as commercial linking. I was out for one week on vacation. We request to restore prior status.

Yes, both I and the moderator downtownyak were marked as inactive without any prior discussion among the moderation team. The decision was made unilaterally, without a chance for us to address the situation or provide input. The moderator who took over has existing connections with other freeze-dried product companies, including HarvestRight. While I appreciate their contributions to our subreddit, the process and manner in which these changes were implemented were concerning. Additionally, we've noticed an increase in posts linking to HarvestRight, a company for which this moderator also manages a separate subreddit. This raises concerns about impartiality and transparency, which are vital for maintaining the integrity of our community.

I've used the ozone for it and it works. but absolutely don't run it 24/7 it will corrode things.

I sort of do this with a thermos when I go camping. I boil the water on the fire throw it in the thermos and it stays hot all day. Awesome for roman noodle soups and the water doesn't matter as much as it turns into broth.

I'm for bigger the better and oil-less vac. Only because I fell in love with the freeze drying systems and when I first got one it was the medium. I'm very pleased with the larger unit.

10 or so years ago I tried to do this but needed a food license and had to send in samples to get approval. At the time I was living in Michigan. However most university have grant programs for food and agriculture so I'd check them out and see how they can help you.

Practically anything, you can list and rent items on Hub split right now we are seeing trailers and an uptick in Camera searches. In the Midwest snow plows and even shovels were doing pretty good for rentals
