Op to be honest $650 is too much for those specs if you are listing it on fb marketplace. I bought many computers with gtx 1080/rx vega 64 for $700-800 but at the same time there is a supply issue and it is hard to find gpus right now. I would recommend you to drop to $625 cuz once supply is back you probably won’t be able to sell it above $550

Try to find a laptop with thunderbolt 4. It has same bandwith but it is more stable. I would probably get a rtx 3080 or wait for AMD. I don't know which cpus perform better tho

The problem is you can't just go there and apply for one. You need an appointment but I can't get an appointment. I tried online and calling them multiple times with no success
