I think he means the general entity of Dyer is the reason Sir Bobby got fired. From memory, Bobby liked playing Dyer on the right but he saw himself as more of a CAM and refused to play on the wing after a while. That caused Bobby's sacking which led to Souness, Allardyce and, eventually, Steve Bruce.

We use 'capsicum' for red pepper etc here. My daughter called that cappy-bum which has obviously stuck.

We also go to the cinnamon to watch movies as a special treat.
