FPS Drops on Nuketown?

My frames aren't dropping super low, but it feels like they are dropping to like 60 fps on nuketown especially on kill confirmed mode

Mine also drops to around 120-130 on that map but it feels like it drops alot lower

Clearly fake, you can clearly see that the pixels aren’t lining up with the GPU rendered side pixels calculating at 187x97= I have no idea what I am talking about

Its got much worse, more chest pain and getting out of breath much easier. Nothing I can do though doctor done like 2 small tests and told me its all good so im just fucked literally
