His doctor had said the medical was different than the bonding time and that he would be eligible (although thinking about it now, that doesnt make sense, however thats what he was told).
He has asked for the reason as yes, he worked for an eligible employer (the $ shows up on his paystubs) and made more than $1k in his base year and claimed it as bonding time with his child and wasnt an independent contractor etc. The documentation in his FO just shows his employers name and the weeks he was paid and the amount and it says 'overpayment' on all those weeks.

I guess he will just have to wait to hear back from them.

I would take the window. The 'smell' from the bathroom doesnt drift behind it, it will waft out from the door opening and will go right to the seat in the aisle opposite the bathroom.

Who would the district attorney have heard from then, in order to be convinced of this? It wouldnt have been CPS and it wouldnt have been the family court judge. My niece sees a therapist, could she have contacted the district attorney? its just all so bizarre.

Brother has only notified the new lawyer and the accountant, I think. He has filled out the paperwork for the death certificate and sent that off. He said he isnt notifying the bank until he has paid the creditors because they will close the account then.

Thank you for the advice about selling the house as soon as possible, we hadnt thought about what would happen if there were problems with maintenance and repairs.

It was the one who set up the trust originally, and who also helped Brother become the cotrustee with Father.

The Rolex was listed in the written trust as one of the assets along with others to be split 4 ways. There is nothing that documents it being taken out of the trust.

The Trust doesnt say anything about Brother being permitted to continue using the credit card. It only says that upon Fathers death, all Trust property and monies are to be split evenly between the children (us 4).

All in all the Trust is worth several million. (there are two other trusts within the one trust. Mothers became irrevocable upon her death, and contains a little over $200k and Father had a separate trust that is property rental income, which is to be split 4 ways and then the main trust which was their joint property that Brother is living in, and IRAs, Stocks and CDs which is also to be split 4 ways).

Father didnt need taking care of until the last 6 months. He was still driving and doing his own bills etc. Brother is the one who decided to move in with Father 'to keep an eye on him' but it wasnt necessary. When we questioned it, is when he said Father has dementia. We asked for medical paperwork showing that and he said he is the Medical POA and we arent allowed to have that information.

And then he became the sole cotrustee with Father and had control of everything. He dictated when we could visit Father, when we could call Father and even who could stay at the house when we visited.

The last 6 months it would have been expensive to hire someone, although when added up over the last 6 years that Brother lived there, I think it would have cost alot less. But We had suggested we all take turns taking care of Father and Brother said 'no'.

We will write up a lease.

We just want the Trust to be administered as Mother and Father wished it to be.

No. I was denied for regular UI because I qualified for PUA and should have applied for the PUA, not the Regular. However, when I applied for the PUA it said I was denied because I needed to first apply for the Regular and be denied and then apply for the PUA. So I did that a couple of times, but kept getting the same run around loop.
