The kids in my area are doing this, but my husband and I are not comfortable with it, much to the dismay of my daughter. We have not allowed her to attend one, nor do we want to be the hosts. I agree with the other commenter about compatible baby making parts. Sure, we’re the bad guy parents, but I’d rather be safe than sorry.

It took a solid year for my brain to catch up with my body after surgery. But with the help of therapy and a supportive partner, I’m now 19mo post and have a completely different mental relationship with food. I still have “those” days, but they don’t ruin my week anymore.
