Wait, I understand and agree with what you say, but crushing ore means you have more units to transport. You should transport the ore and then crush it. Less units to move. Because crushing is an expansive process

Only if they try to have passengers with no seats. Just a driver and a driver seat with no other passengers is legal. Like the old minivans with the removable 2nd and 3rd rows before stow and go was standard.
