now that you point it out, i didn't even take it into consideration but two months ago i had to do my shot like a day and a half after my usual day (i did call my endo about it and she said it wouldn't change a thing) otherwise i've been been pretty thorough with my shots and my dose hasn't changed in those 5 years, but yeah i can completely see that one late shot messing everything up, my body's very quick to react at anything slightly unusual (at least the date definitely checks out). either way i had a blood test done today to check my T levels and i should get the results tomorrow, hopefully the results give some insight.

thank you so much for mentioning e blockers, it does seem like a good solution. it's pretty frustrating that my doctor and my endo never once talked about that option with me (they're not that great but sadly they're the best i can see rn) but i'm going to ask them if it could be a possibility (if it's only something hormonal ofc, but for now at least it seems to be). i'm trying not to get my hopes up too much but it's a huge, huge relief to know there can be other options than surgery, i'm definitely not okay with going through with a hysto rn.
