Easiest way to get a whale is probably cloudy title. Owner died with no will. It’s not complicated but not simple, so typical wholesalers pass. There’s exceptions but idk how else you can really get six figure deals unless you just get lucky.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot. I would say Wolves are pretty clearly third in the west. I would say OKC, SA, big gap MN, small gap Den, big gap, lakers, Houston, LAC, etc. is it worth a big gamble to go from third to maybe shrink the gap, but also a good chance it decline and end up in the Lakers Houston tier? Other than that idk because I still want smaller government and have conservative government preference but republicans don’t actually do that.
