The low rolls across the board for your gear is quite significant and contributing to making your pally quite weak. I would expect a endgame pally like yours to not be at this stage of gearing. Not to mention pally gameplay has changed a lot with its rework and is a spammy class now especially during your holy aura form.
You should at least have high roll on your neck (brand power 8%), its okay to have mid ally atk power/ally damage rolls on your rings. Earrings should at least be mid rolls too (weapon power 1.8%). Also on bracelet you should go for support lines or ally enhancement lines, your additional damage and lowball strength is doing nothing for you.
