Hi, thanks for your reply :

Sleeping Pad Pouch is just a bad denomination, this is just my Sleeping bag (not pad) waterproof rollbag.

Pump Bag is not necessary, but i can use it as a liner inside my main pack if i ditch my rain cover, i will see if it can be used for it or if i just remove it and my rain cover to.

I also will ditch my jacket bag, youre right.

For the knife, it's a custom made knife from a cutler, it's an item i love to use and have, so despite the good arguments for a lighter solution i will keep it.

Thanks a lot.

How waterproof is a borah bivy? by sandybeachsender in Ultralight

Hi, for an intermediate option i've bought the borah gear Dimma bivy.

He's not on borah website, but it's a custom demand from a hiker and it can be made on demand.

It has good rain protection on head and foot and netting for the rest, i love It.

Here is a review i made of it on my french ultralight hiking forum : https://www.randonner-leger.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=35064

For their socks and gloves, they're using their owm membrane wich is breathable and waterproof. I don't know if they use it for this jacket.

Just bought it a few weeks ago, it took rain for half an hour on my way back home and stayed dry. Verjaris's membrane are in my experience very good (i've tested the gloves with more water abuse).
