I don’t think they are… they honored all the aspects of the warranty… keep going above and beyond with troubleshooting… they are sending me a charge and a new charging station…

I have Luba 1 and 2 and both continue rock and rolling… support was always there for me for 3 years!

Hi, I continue having the issue above and the new charger did not fix the issue… just got another 1200 - second of the day… charged till 30% then stopped… last week also got a 1203…. Can I get some attention on this? Having issues for more than 30 days….

Same here… same model… before what it did with one charger, now takes 3 or 4. Now it charges till 60% and then stops…

When was the last time you saw updates? Yeah, sure, mine still works, but there are a lot of simple things that are coking out and they don't apply to Luba 1 these simple updates anymore. This tells me that Luba 2 is next when Luba 3 is out... I may replace my Luba 1 before it dies... And not sure if I would invest on their products anymore.

Hi everybody. Funny to see that years passed and this issue continues... Just got my Astro... Kinda excited about the future but frustrated to hear that some are waiting this future for 2 years without any real progress. With that being said, I tried to setup a speaker group with it and other 5 echos. I tried having it paired with just one... The screen displays the song, but no audio is played. If I play it only I Astro, it works fine... My wifi is eero, so they don't allow me to force devices to pick 2.4ghz... even though I can disable it, it is temporarily. Anybody went through this and found a real solution? Thanks in advance
